Cutting machine to provide a clean and burr-free cut

Precision cutting suitable for soft, rigid profiles, co-extrusions, etc. normally of small dimensions up to 40 x 40mm. Depending on the profile geometry, we guarantee a general tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm x mt. Cutting speed of up to 300 cuts per minute.

1.5 metre rear conveyor belt with adjustable speed for the extraction of parts especially to adapt in-line dies or post operations on the profile.

Dual action encode length control system (positive – negative) eliminates possible variations in measurement due to the vibration of the part.
