Haul Off – A-HO

Drag for extrusion profiles with double band consists of:

• Double Linatex band
• Two traction servos
• A 0.12 Kw motor reducer to regulate the mechanical buffer
• Two controlled clamping pneumatic cylinders for a precision manometer.

The equipment allows rotation by the central part of the upper band so that possible oscillations in the profile are not absorbed into the initial section of the process. The structure is a structural tube of welded and painted steel, with polycarbonate protection in a hinged door according to EC regulations, with a stop sensor at its opening and with protection at the entry and exit of the tread. The straps are easily regulated vertically independently by motor reducers with electronic position control. Effective length of 800mm x 100mm bands Rotation direction from right to left or left to right. Speed from 0 mt/min to 40mt/min. 7.4” touch-sensitive screen with control and graphic speed servo torque, control of opening and closure, control of mechanical stop by position with respect to zero, and with a manometer to control clamping pressure. To activate every one of the treads, the equipment has two servomotors with torque control of 1 kW each: The installation of these servomotors allows control plus speed charges. The incorporation of the torque control will allow control by torque graphics which operates in real time in each of the servos. With the touch-sensitive screen security can be incorporated for the drag if one is locked in the extrusion line.
